23 years 11 months 364 days and almost 23 hours

well, this is my first entry for this blog. I am not quite sure why I started it... but I hope I will keep posting stuff here.

I guess a presentation should be the first thing to do. So, My name is Alma and although I though it was quite a simple name I think that now I like it.... Why??? Well, first of all means soul which by itself is already complex and serious... but on the other hand means apple (at least in hungarian) and that is quite cool since I am a food chemist hehehehehe (hilarious isn't it?) but also an apple is quite sensorial and sensual... so, now I am happy with it. :D

My other name is Genoveva, and I allways have enjoyed this name written, but not pronounced.... Nonetheless here in Belgium ppl pronounce the G with a different accent, and then I like it... anyway....

So, as I was saying before I am a food chemist and I am quite happy in that regard. I love food in all its expression. It makes me feel passionate about it.

Now I am working on my MSc. Thesis in identification of an off flavour named DMS (cooked vegetables) Is like a puzzle. I love industrial research... After this I might do a PhD. Well, actually I am quite sure I'll...

and then I get started confused.... you know... tomorrow is my birthday. The 24th... I star feeling a bit old (yes I know is not old at all.... but it is getting late in all my planing... no BF, no job.... and this globalized world... Alma starts panicking....

But I guess is an over reaction, because God is allways with me (and I try to be with him as well, although is not easy) and I am sure he will lead me through his way so I can learn and get the best of life.... but then I also need to help myself....

So here we are... a bit worried, but then not to much... I guess that is life....

Tons of questions to ask, tons of possibilities... elections to be done.... pfffff.... so complicated and yet I know I am such a moaner.... but well one gets to be a moaner almost 1 hour before their 24th birthday... don't you agree with me?????
